Frost Hunters and the Olunari Temple
The Frost Hunters are the people who learned to shape Moonfrost shards, and you join them. The Olunari Temple is explorable up to Level 19 at launch, with several puzzle types and part of the roughly 50% of story in this build.
You are a Frost Hunter, and the temple is where that job gets serious. At launch the Olunari Temple is explorable up to Level 19, it holds several kinds of puzzle, and it is the source of a good deal of the story that Early Access includes.

Who the Frost Hunters are
A hundred years ago a second moon appeared in the sky and meteor storms followed, dropping icy meteorites the world came to call Moonfrost. Some people learned to work with the substance — turning shards into structures, making order out of the chaos — and they became the Frost Hunters. You join them and take on their mission: rebuild the world, one shard at a time.

What changed in the temple
The temple used to read as slightly too clean for a ruin that had been abandoned for centuries. The developers went back in with moss, plants and environmental detail so it looks like a place nature has been slowly reclaiming, and reworked the lighting that made some of the green areas look flat. They also added a set of mysterious symbol tiles — six of them — which glow when you work out how to activate them. The team has deliberately not explained the activation rules.
How to make progress
- Treat the temple as a level-by-level system rather than one dungeon. Getting to Level 19 is the Early Access ceiling, and the roadmap extends it in a later update.
- Bring the tools the tile and door puzzles ask for, and keep an eye on stamina: tool damage and stamina costs for pickaxes and axes were adjusted during the demo's patch run.
- If the temple door misbehaves, update the game. A temple door issue was fixed in the demo's 1.0.3 hotfix.
The story so far
Early Access carries around half of the main storyline. You uncover your own forgotten past while working out what the second moon actually is, and the villagers' own arcs run alongside it. Expect the temple to be the place where the questions get sharper rather than answered — the developers describe the full story as the 1.0 feature.
